INTEGRIERTE POLITIK
(INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

Videotec is committed to provide products and services in the video surveillance field, contributing to the creation of a safer world. We are dedicated to operating with integrity in every aspect, ensuring that our solutions and services are used safely and responsibly to minimize our environmental impact. In order to pursue these goals, Videotec's Management follows the following general guidelines in terms of:

QUALITY
- Collaborate with the customers, the suppliers and all the involved parts, to obtain continuous feedbacks, to increase our capacities and to satisfy customers' demands;
- ensure visibility and availability of the integrated system records;
- promote the involvement, awareness and training of employees;
- select suppliers using quality, environment and safety criteria, that are consistent with this Integrated Policy;

ENVIRONMENT
- strictly comply with the requirements of the legislative regulation applicable to its business;
- promote employees' responsibility at all levels towards environmental protection by providing information and training programs;
- ensure cooperation with public authorities;
- implement an environmental monitoring plan to prevent the activities' impacts;
- evaluate in advance the environmental impacts of any new activities or changes of existing ones;
- establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the proper production waste management, in particular the dangerous substances.
- promote the collaboration with the suppliers in order to find the best solutions for supply management (i.e. reusable packaging);
- check the quantity and type of materials and resources used for the correct definition of environmental indicators;
- share this document to all the stakeholders mentioned in the Stakeholder contest (suppliers, customers, branch companies, employees...).

HEALTH AND SAFETY
- strictly comply to the laws and directives regarding "health and occupational safety at work";
- inform and train employees, in particular the new hired, about the company's safety guidelines, the risks associated with its activities and the related prevention and protection measures to be taken in order to perform the job safely;
- empower all the employees to use the personal protective equipment (PPE) the company provides;
- ensure workplace health and hygiene;
- in the event of emergency or accident during operations, respond quickly, efficiently and diligently, cooperating with external organizations or the designated authority;
- ensure that any incident is followed by an internal investigation in order to identify any shortcomings of the "Integrated Management System" and other factors that could have caused or contributed to the occurrence of the accident. Eventually identify and perform the necessary corrective actions;
