The data collected by VIDEOTEC SpA is manually and electronically processed by VIDEOTEC SpA - Via Friuli, 6 - 36015 Schio (Vi) Italy – for the issuing of services for which registration is envisioned. VIDEOTEC SpA guarantees that all information supplied for promotional reasons, will be processed in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003. For the realisation of publicity campaigns, VIDEOTEC SpA single-members can use the visitors’ and purchasers’ origin codes in their own links and URL, with methods and logics similar to those of the paper coupons used in the “traditional” distance selling. The e-mail address will be used by VIDEOTEC SpA for the sending of newsletters, commercial information and offers, unless the opposing right is exercised. The data will be processed by VIDEOTECH SpA for commercial purposes only if consent was been given during registration or following the variations listed below. The personal data is collected with the purpose of registering the client and putting into effect, in his/her favour, the procedures for the execution of the contracts and the relative communications. This data is processed electronically in compliance with the laws in force and can be exposed only upon request of the judicial authority, or other authorities legally authorised for this purpose. The interested party has the rights of which in art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003, that is, to request confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data with VIDEOTEC SpA, to know its origin, the logic and purpose of the processing, to obtain the update, the amendment and the integration; to request its cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or its blocking in case of illicit processing; to oppose to its processing for lawful cause or in case of using personal data for the sending of publicity material, commercial information, market researches, direct selling and interactive commercial communication. The cancellation of ones’ own personal data is obtained subject to sending a written communication via fax (0039-0445-697414) or by post, to the head office of the personal data collection owner: VIDEOTEC SpA - Via Friuli, 6 - 36015 Schio (Vi) Italy.
