Our commitment to full implementation of the ISO Standards 9001 involves daily efforts and concern in establishing and maintaining efficient quality procedures for the production of our entire range of products. Being an ISO-certified company means implementing a number of extensive procedures for all product engineering, production, sale and service phases that must go through strict and consistent quality-controls and tests. Effective logistic and IT services to the customers are mandatory for high-quality products as offered by Videotec. For this reason we have been developing a production system capable to yield the same quality of each piece even after thousands of lots. We have implemented bespoke quality systems at all company’s levels from early design through final shipment. The entire quality system is accurately documented by our Quality Manual and related Procedures, Recommendations, Reports and Documents that are the best example of our corporate communication policy.
